group classes
Stronger Mumma Classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Tooting Athletics track. These strength and conditioning classes will help you build full body strength using a range of equipment. Great community vibe and fun, welcoming class you can bring your kids to.

Zoom classes
Zoom sessions are held three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:30 AM. Each session lasts for 30 minutes and is exclusively focused on strength training. The program operates in 6-8 week cycles, allowing you to increase your strength and confidence, build muscle, and progressively challenge yourself over time.

Postnatal
I support new mothers and expectant mums in maintaining strength during pregnancy and beyond. Caring for a baby is hugely demanding, but exercise is key to staying physically and mentally resilient. Together, we will establish a solid core foundation while enhancing your understanding of your pelvic floor. With my guidance, you'll feel empowered and ready to tackle life's challenges with confidence.
